The practice requires 3 working days to prepare a prescription, regardless of whether the request has been received online or by any other method.
In order to avoid medicines wastage and over use, please do not request your repeat prescription more than 7 days (including non-working days) before it is due to run out.
The practice cannot determine the time required by the pharmacy to dispense prescriptions. Patients are advised to seek guidance from their nominated pharmacy on their dispensing timeframes.
