We are able to offer a limited number of urgent same day appointments. Patients are given a time for a face to face or telephone appointment. We will aim to assess all requests for same day appointments where patients are aged under 5 and over 75 years in accordance with our Primary Care Contract.
When our safe maximum daily capacity has been reached, we may need to signpost patients to the clinical hub at High Oak Surgery, Brierley Hill (appointment only, booked via your GP practice), to the Urgent Care Centre or to NHS 111.
We would encourage all patients to seek help and advice from the Pharmacy for any minor illness or ailments in order to save GP appointments.
